Call for Sites

Part of the Neighbourhood Plan process is to ensure you, the community, have a say in whether, where and what types of development are suitable in the Neighbourhood Area. The Call for Sites applies only to land in the vicinity of Newbold and Tredington, the two Local Service Villages in the Parish. There have been previous ‘Calls for Sites’ conducted by Stratford District Council. Several landowners responded. If you have responded to previous ‘Calls for Sites’ please do so again if you would like your site to be assessed and considered. If you are a land owner and are interested, you can download a form here and forward the completed form to the Parish Clerk, address details on the form.

We are aware that not all Newbold and Tredington land owners live in Tredington Parish. If you have their contact details, please pass this information on to them. A similar advertisement will be published in the Stratford Herald ‘Parish Pump’ for 6 consecutive weeks.
Deadline for completed Call for Site forms is March 15th 2019. Sites submitted will then be assessed by an independent assessor before being considered at public meetings.
All future Steering Committee meetings will be open to the community and you are welcome to come and observe or address the committee, for up to 3 minutes, or ask any questions. Our next meeting is on Thursday 7th February at 6.0pm at the Fuzzy Duck, Armscote. Please come if you can.
There will also be public meetings, in due course, in village/WI Halls.
If you want to get involved please contact: Nigel Willis at or Sally Ward at
